Words Written by a Girl.

Every story begins with a feeling. But mine begins with my thoughts.

Should I hide them?

But they are part of me now

The wind is strong today

My wings are glowing today

I am in the mood to fly away

And sitting on the rooftop

And look all over the city

City lights are shining tonight

On this winter cold night

The streets are wet tonight

People are wearing raincoats

Trying their best not to get wet

So that they don't catch a cold

Too many worries to be alive

But I don't care

I don't know why

Or maybe I do

Maybe I do care a lot

That I am scared of upsetting nature

I cough once or maybe twice

I don't know

Maybe I catch a cold

But it's not that bad

I am just wearing a thin black jacket

On a black t-shirt

And black sweatpants

And a black crap

And a hood on crap

But it's too cold here

I am cold

My hands are freezing

Maybe I should go home

But my wings want to use themselves more

They want to grow more

When I walk on the streets

I hid them

People stare at me

Calling me a weird human being

Because I am not dressed warmly on this winter's cold night

Because I am different from them

I don't know

How will they look at me

When I won't hide my wings

What will they call me?

Evil power?

Or the one who does black magic?

Sometimes it hurts

Sometimes it doesn't

Sometimes I sit on the rooftop

Hidden from the world in the dark night

When stars are shining

When the moonlight is brighter than usual

But they understand me

They understand me better

Than the evil people on this earth

Who call themselves pure

They know I want to be hidden

Sometimes they feel heavy on my back

Sometimes my back hurts so bad

But I never blame my wings

Because they also need a place to exist

A person to belong to

Who takes care of them

So I accept them as mine
